Material

• Images of objects related to the story of Gideon: jug, trumpet, torch, sword, shield
• Two hoops

Steps

1. Place the hoops beside each other.
2. Identify the hoops with a paper. Write “need” on one and “no need” on the other.
3. Place the images around the hoops (circles).
4. Ask the children to place the objects in the right hoop (circle).
