Help the worm cross the table

Material

• Construction paper
• Scissors
• Straw

Steps

1. Cut a piece of paper to have a strip the size of two inches.
2. Fold the strip of paper in your hand so that the two ends meet in the middle.
3. Fold the two halves in half so that they meet again in the middle.
4. Fold it again in the middle.
5. Trim the edges to get a cylindrical shape.
6. Unfold it.
7. Use a straw to blow to move the worm forward. The children’s goal is to make the worm reach the other side of the table. Just as Dorcas helped the people around her, the children help the worm.
