Material

• Graham Crackers (3 per child)
• Small Pretzels (15 per child)
• Icing (will serve as glue)
• Pretzel in a loop
• Raisins (3 per child)
• Paper plates
• Napkins

 

Steps

1. On a plate, give 3 Graham Crackers to each child.
2. Ask them to spread the icing on the first cracker.
3. Ask them to add the small pretzels so that they are half on the icing and half out.
4. Ask them to add a second Graham Cracker.
5. Ask them to repeat steps 2 and 3.
6. Ask the children to add a 3rd Graham Cracker and 3 icing dots.
7. Finally, ask them to place the raisins and pretzel in a loop.
8. Here’s a lion to eat!
