Melon Hearts Brochette

• Melons
• Heart-shaped cookie cutter
• Wooden sticks
• Bowl

 

Steps

1. Before class, trim the melons and cut them with a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
2. Place the pieces of fruit in a bowl in the center of the table.
3. Distribute a wooden stick to each child.
4. Ask the kids to poke fruit hearts in the stick.
5. Remind them that David was a king according to the heart of God.
