Steps

1. Put all the surprises in a bin with shredded paper and make the children understand.
2. Tell them that God always wants to give us good things and that we can trust him. Even if we don’t know in advance what lies ahead, we can only hope for good things.
3. Tell them that just as they decided to get into the bin without hesitation by trusting that there would be good things, they can trust God.
