• Grasshopper dish (pictured) with points
• Dish with questions (attached)

 

Steps

1. Before class, print images of grasshoppers and write points behind each of them.
2. Put the questions in one dish and the grasshoppers in another dish with the mystery points.
3. Divide the children into two or more teams.
4. The leader draws a question in the question bowl and each team draws a grasshopper to determine how many points that question will earn the team if the correct answer is given.
