• Plastic glove
• Popcorn

 

Steps

1. Tell the children to fill the plastic gloves with popcorn.
2. Make the connection with the story of the day: Samson was strong.

 

Dumbbells

 

Material

• 1 package of fudge-stripped chocolate cookies
• Melted chocolate
• Pretzels
• LifeSavers style candies
• Vanilla icing (optional)

 

Steps

1. Prepare the snack before class.
2. Melt the chocolate and dip the middle of the pretzels in the chocolate (each pretzel should be 5 or 6 inches long). The tips of the pretzels should be left uncovered.
3. Insert 3 cookies on each side of the pretzel.
4. Add a LifeSavers candy to each end of the pretzel.
5. Distribute the snack to the children as you make the link with the story of the day.
