Jealous Of The Treasure

 

Material

• 4 hoops of different colours (1 for each team)
• Sponges
• Scarves

 

Steps

1. At each corner of the room, place a hoop in which you place the same number of sponges.
2. Divide the children into 4 teams.
3. Each team is assigned a hoop.
4. Children should place their scarves behind their pants like a tail. The goal of the game is to be the team collecting the most treasures in its hoop at the end of the game.
5. At your signal, the children must steal the sponges from other teams and bring them back to their hoops without loosing their scarves by members of the other teams.
6. If a child has their carf removed, they must return to their hoop and replace their scarf before returning to the game.
7. The game ends when the host shouts: JEALOUS!
8. The winning team is the one that has collected the most sponges.
