Time to sew

 

Material

• Construction paper or felt
• Scissors
• Hole punch
• String

 

Steps

1. With the children, cut out 2 t-shirt shapes from construction paper.
2. Then tell the children to make holes all along the edge of the t-shirts.
3. Finally, ask them to pass a string through the holes as if you were sewing the two sides of the t-shirt together.
4. Make the connection with the story of the day. Dorcas sewed for the people she helped.
