Material

• Paper bags
• Coloured paper
• Clothespins
• Glue
• Paint
• Stickers
• Scissors
• Markers
• Adhesive tape

 

Steps

1. Ask the children to fold the top of the paper bag about 10 cm.
2. Ask them to bend the bottom 2 corners inwards to form a sharp snout.
3. Ask the children to attach the flaps of the snout with tape (at the back of the snout).
4. Ask them to paint the bird’s body and eyes.
5. Ask the children to cut the bird’s beak into coloured paper and stick it on the bag.
6. Ask the children to use stickers and markers to finish the head.
7. Help them fill the bag with surprises for their friends.
8. Ask the children to fix their bag with a clothespin.
