Place The Crown On King David

 

 

Material

• Cardboard crown
• Drawing of King David
• Sticky tack
• Headband

 

Steps

1. Before class, draw a large face depicting King David and cut a crown.
2. Then put the face on the classroom wall.
3. Ask the children to line up.
4. Hide the first child’s eyes, then turn him or her three times.
5. Give him or her the crown on which you have put sticky tack and tell him or her to try to stick the crown in the right place on King David.
6. This is the principle of Pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey.
7. Continue by asking each child to take turns doing this activity.
