Take The Braids

 

 

Material

• An image of Samson
• Scissors

 

Steps

1. Cut the image of Samson’s hair into several pieces.
2. Drop the images of Samson’s hair as well as face all together at one end of the class.
3. Ask the children to line up at the other end of the class.
4. At your signal, tell them to run one at a time to get a strand of hair belonging to Samson (a piece of paper) and come back to tap into the next child’s hand.
5. The next child then picks up another piece and comes back to let the next child go.
6. The game ends when Samson has lost all his hair.

 

Optional

• You can form two teams and have two Samsons. The team that takes all of Samson’s braids first wins.
