Material

• Paper plates
• Scissors
• Pencils
• Buttons or pom-poms (optional)
• Hot glue (optional)

 

Steps

1. Prepare the base of the crowns in advance.
2. Fold the paper plate in half.
3. Cut the plate into pizza wedges to the edge. Leave about 4 cm.
4. Open the plate to make the last two cuts.
5. Your preparation of the craft is now done.
6. Ask the kids to colour the paper plate the way they want. You can create an example for children.
7. For the points of the crown to be upright, the children only have to bend them to give them their shape.
8. Ask the children to decorate their crowns with buttons or pompoms.
