Let’s Build The Wall

 

 

Material

• Air drying playdough
• Wooden craft sticks (popsicle sticks)
• glue

 

Steps

1. Give each child several wooden craft sticks and ask them to glue them together to create a square.
2. Give the children a good amount of playdough and ask them to use it to create “stones” to start building the wall as Nehemiah did. For the playdough to hold to the sticks, ask the children to wrap it around the sticks leaving the top stick without dough.

 

Optional

• If you use white air drying playdough, you can bring paint so children can paint their wall.
