• Coin in an ice cube

Steps

1. Give each child an ice cube that contains a coin.
2. The first person to get the coin out of their ice cube without putting it in their mouth or hitting it with another object is the winner.

Lesson

• Following your activity, explain how Anne had to be patient.
• She prayed and waited for the answer which was her son, Samuel.
• We too have to wait sometimes for God to answer our prayers.
