Long trips

 

 

Material

• Bins
• Materials (sand, jello, ketchup, soil, etc.)
• Towels
• Wipes

 

Steps

1. Before class, fill each bin with a different type of material (one bin per material).
2. Then create a path with all the bins.
3. Ask the children to take off their socks and walk on the path you have prepared. They will then have to drop their feet from one tray to another.
4. Place towels at the end of the path with wipes so kids can clean their feet without making too much of a mess.
5. Explain that the Queen of Sheba had to travel under different conditions to get to Solomon.
